Nick and his family have enjoyed living in Broken Arrow for over 20 years, and have truly come to love their community.
Nick grew up in St. Petersburg Beach, FL. As a young man Nick moved to New Orleans, LA and became a union ironworker. Accumulating experience with cranes and technical rigging, he helped build the Superdome. It was in New Orleans that he met and married his wife Debra and started a family.
After several years and living in several different states this growing family finally moved to Oklahoma where their fourth son was born. Nick began modestly, selling premium firewood and removing dead trees. Over the years, he has constantly grown his business, purchasing the right equipment and expanding the services his company offered.
As a member of the Tree Care Industry of America he has associated with arborists from around the country and attended many classes and seminars on tree care. These classes and seminars have brought state of the industry techniques into his business and helped make his company one of the safest in Oklahoma. Striving for excellence has always been a goal of Nick’s Tree Service. His sons also carry this attitude of excellence and safety into their positions in the company.
His oldest son, Elliot is a Certified Arborist, through the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), and his third son, Ephraim is working on his Tree Worker Certification, also through the ISA. This desire to learn and the insistence on the best tools and equipment have made Nick a leader in his field.
