"I contracted Nick’s Tree Service to remove a very large tree within 20 feet of the house. I had called 3 other tree services and felt that Nick’s was by far the best equipped to remove the old tree… I take pride in my decision to use Nick’s as they did an excellent job on everything they said they would do. Nick’s Tree Service has the trained personnel and the equipment to do an outstanding job – AND THEY DID!

Nick and his family have enjoyed living in Broken Arrow for over 20 years, and have truly come to love their community.
Nick grew up in St. Petersburg Beach, FL. As a young adult, Nick Taylor moved to New Orleans where he began his trade as a union ironworker and excelled as a journeyman. It was there that he gained valuable crane and technical rigging experience that would later become vital to the success of his tree service. Not only did Nick find training and knowledge in New Orleans, he also found love and later married and started a family with his now wife of 40 years, Debra.
After several years and living in different states this growing family finally moved to Oklahoma where their fourth son was born. Nick began modestly, selling premium firewood and removing dead trees. Over the years, he has constantly grown his business, purchasing the right equipment and expanding the services his company offered.
As a member of the Tree Care Industry of America he has associated with arborists from around the country and attended many classes and seminars on tree care. These classes and seminars have brought state of the industry techniques into his business and helped make his company one of the safest in Oklahoma. Striving for excellence has always been a goal of Nick’s Tree Service. His sons also carry this attitude of excellence and safety into their positions in the company.
His oldest son, Elliot is a Certified Arborist, through the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), and his third son, Ephraim is working on his Tree Worker Certification, also through the ISA. This desire to learn and the insistence on the best tools, training and equipment have made Nick a leader in his field.
